Transport & Logistics companies employ more than 4% of the active population in the EU and are constantly in need of new employees. The economic crisis has spurred changes in the demand for skills. The number of low-skilled jobs is decreasing; the increasing use of technology in Transport & Logistics requires higher levels of qualification.
The ETL4ALL project enhances the quality and relevance of the learning offering in Transport & Logistics training by providing clear responses to labour market needs in terms of qualifications at EQF level 4 while developing qualification transparency at the European level. Employers will benefit from more qualified people, including candidates that may have studied or worked abroad and thus offer a strong ability to adapt, linguistic skills and intercultural experience.
